These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of verseclarity.com and the VerseClarity AI chat service (collectively, the "Service"), operated by VerseClarity. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using VerseClarity, you represent that you meet this requirement.
VerseClarity provides an AI-powered conversational experience that offers biblical perspective and Scripture references in response to personal situations you share. The Service includes a free assessment, a limited free chat experience, and a paid subscription with unlimited chat access.
We offer a refund within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription charge, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@verseclarity.com. Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the initial 7-day window.

VerseClarity uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, including Scripture references. While we instruct the AI to cite only verified, accurate references, AI-generated content can occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You should independently verify any Scripture reference before relying on it, and the Service should not be treated as an authoritative theological source.
The VerseClarity name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of VerseClarity and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Scripture quotations are sourced from translations in the public domain or used in accordance with applicable licensing.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerseClarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
